It was very safe, friendly and relaxing. We had a group of 5 and we all liked it. We especially loved the commons area in the lobby. It was a great place to meet and not have to worry about disturbing the others sharing our room.

Very clean, great location, card keys for the room, outstanding all you can eat breakfast included, kind and helpful staff, free luggage storage, the list goes on . . . .

Its location (3 stations to Victoria Station, 5 to National Gallery or Westminster. A convenience store nearby to snack (Tessco), important museums nearby, lots of bistros and little restaurants just outside the underground station. And last but not least, the great Free Tour I did on the second day of my arrival. Since I travelled alone I thought it would be fun and IT WAS GREAT FUN. Paul, our guide, was witty, funny, well infomed, entertaining. You can't miss this tour of London.

Great breakfast!! The location is very good, right in the centre of London, a few tube stations from all the major tourist attraction. Very clean and new facilities, with free , big lockers inside room for everyone to use. The bathroom is a bit small though.

Near a metro and two of the most amazing museuns I've ever been to. There's also a nice video game if you would like to sit and relax a bit at the hostel!
