 to be less noisy (even the windows closed the place is noisy-you should think about to change the isolation ), the internet is verry expensif

I loved the location near London and Tower Bridge and the showers were nice and hot (although you cannot adjust temperature or pressure). It was also quite quiet on the weekend )although overwhelmingly loud on Friday night).

I felt really safe in the hostel because of the fact that you had to get into the building with a swipe card and the same was for the room as well.

showers and toilets were clean. Rooms need to have a mirror and better storage facilties

This hostel was very close to the buzz of london yet you could get way from it and find your own space, extremely impressed with the kind and helpful staff. Swipe card security,very close to three main tube stations, a supermarket and offering its own coffee house, pub and bar and two roof terraces and hot tub. You haven't stayed in London if you have never been here, seriously.
