Liked: The laid back atmosphere was great...people were friendly and fun! Great value for money and the most comfortable bunk i've ever slept in! seriously! Above a great animated pub and next to a beautiful theatre...so much character within this place. Really good experience!

Liked: Staff were extremely helpful, kept my bag for me overnight so i could go to Bath Spa without having to lug all of my luggage overnight.
