Liked: It's located in a nice area , esay to reach by public transport . Loads of nice restaurants and shops around .

Disliked: nothing .

Liked: Lockers in rooms were good.

Disliked: Staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful. Kitchen facilities are poor and in general it's pretty cramped.

Liked: Great location for the money, clean rooms, good service.

Disliked: Lack of outlets inside the washrooms. It's a worry if you need to dry your hair early in the morning and don't want to wake your entire dorm up.

Liked: the privacy curtains were a nice addition to the beds and the staff were mostly pleasant.

Disliked: The rooms are incredibly tiny for the amount of people they shove in them, some rooms the bunks are three beds high and simply sitting on your bed is a near impossible feat. There are an incredible lack of powerpoints in the room, so people then use the ones in common rooms to charge there phones rather than laptop use. The wifi = shit, im sorry but no polite way of saying it! oh and the showers are dirty and worse than the wifi. Water barely trickles out of the taps! Breakfast is a free for all in the morning with people climbing over each other in the worlds smallest kitchen for some bread and cornflakes. the rooms are poorly ventalated and some don't even have windows. oh and byo toilet paper becasue it runs out all the time! Look if your staying for a couple of nights its a good location but dont base yourself here for more than 2 nights!!

Liked: Good location. Nice common area downstairs.

Disliked: Have never seen so slow service. Checking in and out took about half an hour each time standing in a tiny line. Roommates were not ideal, left stuff all over the floors and came in to the shared room at 5 to 7 in the morning talking loudly and turning on all the lights (can't really blame the hostel itself for that, but it made the stay worse).

Liked: Great place to stay and meet people. Great staff and facilities. Stay here for a great time!

Disliked: People coming in at 3am but the noise only lasted 2 mind while they got into bed

Disliked: Reception called a taxi that was not a real taxi and overcharged me for a short trip.

Disliked: the showers were terrible, the water dribbled down the side of the pipe and you had to cup it to wash yourself, the guy at reception told me about the 50 or so showers that they had, they were all like the shower described above. there was 1 toilet that i could find. horrible.

Liked: Location. Anything else.

Disliked: Not so clean! There is only ONE toilet every floor, and in every floor there are more than 40 beds!!! Cold and small showers! I really don't reccomend this hostel

Liked: Building looks really good from outside, the street is nice, Hyde Park is close. Little curtains around beds are handy.

Disliked: showers & toilets are very small and located far from room.

Liked: It was very convenient because it was so close to the Bayswater metro station

Disliked: The showers were HORRIBLE!! They operate on a timed push button, but they only stay on for about 10 seconds. Some of the showers hqd lights thqt would go out without movement too, but if you were inside the shower it couldn't detect the movement...very annoying.

Liked: Friendly staff

Disliked: Only one small window for a room with 16 people! No ventilation or aircondition. Beds are too short for people above 1,80cm! Too little space in the shower/ bathroom area. Breakfast o.k. but don't expect too much.
