Liked: I've staying in a few hostels but this ha to be up there with one of the better onesThe guy at check in was very helpful and lthough a little small the rooms were comfortable and electronically locked with ample secure storage. The room would have been cramped for 6 but with three in it was comfortable. The beds have curtains too for added privacy. There is a lingering smell of cleach but at least that means it's clean. There was also an option of a baggage store which we used for the last day. There are several common areas too. The onl ownside for us was being next to the shower, can get noisy.

Disliked: Check out is manic with everyone fighting to get checked out by ten to get the deposit back.

Liked: The atmosphere, helpful staff. Location is great!I enjoyed my stay here.

Liked: It's very close to the center, buses and subway very close to the hostel and it looks like safe around. It's relatively clean. Lockers (1£50 per day)

Disliked: But there are not enough showers and in the mornings we had to wait that the others finish with the bathrooms to use them... The check out is at 10am, (a bit early in my opinion) and the breakfast is finished at 9h30 (too early too). We heard other people complaining because their luggage had been stolen. The adventure of the stay: my neigbour (in the bed just over my head) was not alone, and they were having good time together. (no more comments about this)

Liked: very close to hyde park, bayswater and queensway tube stations.

Disliked: you have to buy all the standard extras. maps. towels. under bed storage. baggage storage after you leave £2 per bag. triple bunks and creaky floors. but you get what you pay for really.

Liked: Friendly people, shower on every floor, you can use the Internet and it's cheap compared to the one I had to use at the airport.

Liked: the proximity

Disliked: first time i had to pay a 10£ deposit for my linen, when we checked out - five minutes late, the manager refused to refund us our deposit.

Liked: Location. Linnen well cleaned.

Disliked: bad atmosphere. no intereaction with and by the staff. bad response on checking in moment. rooms for 14 pax with a single window, which did not open widely. no running air at night. missing individual lghts per bed. dirty bathroom.

Liked: tyhe fact that the skybox had access to all of the chennels, and the centralised location.

Disliked: the kitchen was severely lacking in amenities, all of the pots and pans were broken, there were no cups or mugs available outside of breakfast, and the cutlery provided was plastic stuff. The wi-fi didn't work on iphones, it only worked if u had a laptop.

Liked: Especially the location of the hostel, very easy to find, very close from the underground... and of course really cheap !!

Disliked: The bathrooms are a bit too small... and maybe not clean enough...

Liked: good locatuon , near underground, shops, and supermarkets, they have cutains for each bed, good value for the money

Disliked: the washrooms are not ventilated, not enought stuff to clean the kitchen and the kichen cupboard was a mess.

Liked: Its very safe, and well located close to nightbus and two tube stations. The staff was helpful.

Disliked: Everything was pretty dirty, the breakfast was bad. Too expensive for what it offers.

Liked: I have had no problems when I have stayed and the staff are really friendly. A free breakfast is always handy when you are backpacking too :)

Disliked: Some of the showers just dribble water, so check them out before getting undressed.

Liked: location

Disliked: Room was very small and very dirty. I bought tickets for the London eye and it was not accepted!!!! The breakfast was not good and there was not hot water in some bathrooms in the morning.

Liked: Great location, and great price for what you get...

Disliked: They are very stick on breakfast lock out and will shut the door on you if u arrive at 9.30. no hot water in the showeres and no presure if you have water. if more than one person uses the shower at once there in no water for anyone else. place definatly needs a relift as it very run down, a cleaner 24hr would be helpful as there are alot of people in this hostel and needs a decent clean.

Liked: the location is close to subway and queensway, which is full of shops and restaurants. the beds have a privacy curtain. you can use the internet ticket for over a month after you activate it

Disliked: the internet connection was poor. the bath is full in the morning
