Liked: all stairs! showers are a bit dodgy, staff are not the best - renew your keycard every morning, tell you to take the wrong bus, forget to tell you that you are moving bedrooms, fairly blunt. ten pound deposit that they have a lot of terms on so they can keep it. good location as camden is a great area. breakfast is fairly average - toast and cornflakes.

Liked: Nice and clean rooms. Showers work well, hot water at all times. Breakfast has Bread (Toast), Butter, Jam, Coffee, Tea, Two type of cereals and Milk.

Liked: All the staff were very rude. Also they make you pay a £10 deposit when you arrive but don't tell you that if you don't leave before 10am the next day you don't get it back, and their reponse is that there is a small sign on the wall of your room.

Liked: i like very much camden town, so it is at the good location and to meet people it is really exelente so i mean every things ok but the only things it is the cleaning staff who are realy not nice .

Liked: One day when we arrived at night, we found out that our suitcases had disappeared. We got the fright of our lives. Finally, they were at the reception. Staff saw us coming into the hostel but he didn't tell us anything; maybe we wanted to laugh at us.Later, he told us that they had picked up all our stuff because we had to change of room. Nobody had told it to us before. He didn't want us to enter into the "old" room because he said that we didn't belong to it anymore, in spite of the fact that some of our things were still there.So at 2 am we had to change of room, switch on the lights, wake up our roommates and make our beds.

Liked: I liked the fact that breakfast was included in the price.I didn't like the shower cabins-too small.I didn't like that one evening there came a group of noughty British guys who disturbed almost all the hostel and nobody from the reception did nothing.

Liked: Unhelpful staff, not worried about the safety of the guests. Far too expensive for what's offered. Bedbugs present. Really bad atmosphere.There are far better places to stay for cheaper, have a good look around.

Liked: I thought the hostel was in a very good location and easy to find.The only problem Id find with it is that it doesnt tell you that tax isnt added on in your booked so you hve that to pay for too when you egt there and i didnt have enough money. Wasnt told in booking you have to leave a ten pounds deposit for your key also.The showers are communal too which is ok if you like that sort of thing ( i dont mind ) but other people might, there wasnt much room to get changed in the shower cublicles either.The breakfast was just a case of make your own toast and not a great selection of cereal either. I thought itd be better providing rolls with a variety of jams and maybe 3 diff types of cereal as there was only cornflakes.If you have a bad back dont choose this hostel as theres no lift to the rooms so it means carrying your case up flights of steep stairs.Also advise to smokers ( im not one) you are not allwed to smoke in the hotel or outside on the patio bit so theres no smoking areas available it means going all the way out to the front of the hotel.

Liked: The facitities are verry good for the amount of money you pay. The breackfast is fine and you have a nice hot shower.

Liked: + very close to all public transport+ close to Camden Town/ Lock and Regent Park+ 24h reception- doors very loud- cramped showers/toiletsYou get what you can expect for that price.
