Disliked: Dusty rooms. Heating is on all day, which makes the room very hot. Bad ventilation.

Liked: We had a room for 3 of us and had a private bathroom in it. The option of a full breakfast was nice.

Disliked: The written instructions to get to the place were difficult. The first night we had to finally take a cab; the second evening we had stop by stop help on the bus from an elderly London gentleman.

Liked: Nice, friendly staff, lots of space to chill out and do work or relax.

Disliked: Lifts were broken, had to climb a few stairs to reach room.

Disliked: They charge money for absolutely everything. Internet access is ridiculously expensive (5 pounds/24h).

Liked: It was available.

Disliked: Because the beds aren't assigned it's difficult to know who's where. It didnt look like the sheets of one of our beds had been changed from the last guest. The directions to the hostel from the tube were vague and not very helpful. 2 out of the 3 mornings we were there we had to wait 15-20 minutes in line for breakfast.

Liked: I liked the atmosphere. When I arrived I was positively surprised how nice it was. The only problem was that I didn't know a place to put my value belongings.

Liked: I paid £16 for B&B which was exceptional value for money. It is a bit off the beaten track but I think that actually made it better. Couldn't fault it for the price. Breakfast was filling and set me up for the day.

Liked: It's a quieter hostel. No late nigh parties so it's easy to sleep. Although the rooms were a little tight, the beds offered a good nights sleep. The lockers are a great size and would fit most large rucksacks and have room left for more luggage which makes a change! The property is also secure and the area seems quite new and felt safe to walk around at night.

Liked: Directions to get there on the website are not 100% clear. Other than that it's not a cheap place to stay but it's a good price for London though. Breakfast is probably the best I have ever had at a hostel. It's worthy staying there!

Liked: I like the layout and the secure gates to entrance and the easiness of acessing rooms by the lift. Also the reception area well placed. The breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of space. If there was any comment of help, the kitchen self catering area could have been more accommodating for seating.

Liked: Is was easy to access the center of london, staff were very friendly when we arrived and they were friendly through out our stay. The breakfast was good, they had good secure lockers. Great value for money, would reccommend any one to this hostel ***
