Customer reviewI liked that is was easy to come in and out, no hassles. The only thing is there was a little baby staying in the next dorm and it was crying in the morning that woke us up. |

Anne WuoriI stayed there for 3 nights with my friend - we had the time of our lifes! We had a private twin, it was clean and comfortable, not too big tho.... The showers were a bit messy but otherwise: GREAT JOB! |

Customer reviewGood place to explore London from. Easy to meet people from all over the world. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff (especially Cathy ~ French Canadian). Very clean. Effective crowd control at nights which limited the folks who were allowed in to the building to the to the folks who were actually staying there. Easy to book tours, excursion, etc. |

Customer reviewWe booked a private room for 3 nights. We arrived late in the afternoon after being up from 3am and were asleep by 9:00pm. During the night 2 other people had been given a key to our room and came in the room. Needless to say, we were pretty pissed off. We left in the morning and were told that because we hadn't given 24 hours notice we had to pay for another night. After some time arguing that I wasn't paying when I didn't get what I'd asked for I let them keep the deposit and just left. |

Suzzi HarteryThis property should be advertised as party central. Could not sleep due to music from night club, you can hear everyone walking/running above the room and in the hall way and don't get me started on the screaming, laughing and just general talk that you can hear as if the people are in your room. If you are a couple and love to sleep and explore the next day don't stay here, pay a little more but if you are a party couple and love to pass out to sleep stay here. Would not recommend. |
