Liked: Staff was very nice

Disliked: Old, rundown, not clean, extremely uncomfortable beds. They are constantly cleaning the place but it always feels gross and old. It is LOUD 24/7 and the doors to the room are so thin you hear every second of it. They try to make the facilities seem modern and nice but it feels more like you are at a "Chuckie Cheese" (American children's arcade)

Liked: It's a quiet nice hostel, there is space in the share room and it is not like a foreign box compacted. You will find any nationality and staffs who speaks your language to help you. It's really secure because not anybody can enter in the hostel and enter in your room. Really appreciated the security, they're quite friendly and keeping safe the clients. All is clean and tidy, if you have to complain, do it against the customers. The staff is really competent, useful and do not forget they'er are as well foreign as you are ;)

Disliked: Nothing I didn't appreciate, all was going smoothly in a friendly atmosphere.

Liked: I was in the female dorm and it was the best room id ever seen. it was huge and spacious and the back wall was like one long vanity with mirrors, lights and plugs. its very close to russel sq station

Disliked: cold shower and uncomfortable beds. im not one to complain about things like uncomfortable beds but id had a few drinks and still found it difficult to sleep!

Liked: Very secure - card entry, security at the door, lockers in rooms Good value for money, good location near St Pancras. Rooms are good size for London. Good facilities. Friendly staff.

Disliked: Not really a complaint but showers could have better set up, they are typical hostel showers with shower curtains, would prefer doors and a bench or something to put your stuff rather than just hooks outside.

Liked: Great location, good atmosphere and fun programs and events. Great for people between the age 20-30 on a budget backpacking travel. :)

Disliked: The rooms are quite small and it could be cleaner, even though it was very clean compared to how many young people were there.

Liked: Huge place, awesome location, spacious rooms, spacious bathrooms, everything was clean. Bery goo value for money. The bar was a huge plus too, cheap drinks, pool tables etc. would definitely stay again.

Disliked: Wifi was a bit meh, even when you paid to use a computer. And the staff seemed confused all the time. But for 7 pound a night it wasn't a big deal

Liked: The best, and perhaps only good thing about this property was it's location.

Disliked: Where do I start? First off, the directions they offer on the website are terrible. This is not simply a "party atmosphere hostel" as the manager tried to explain to me after no sleep and complete rage. The whole place smells of throw up, and while the "bar" is 2 floors down from the lobby people coming up to the rooms are loud, screaming at the top of their lungs, running down halls, knocking on doors, and throwing up. It seems this hostel has no sense of place. Party in bar, sleep in dorm. The front desk is completely unhelpful and treated my friends and I terribly when we voiced our concerns when leaving the next morning. The hostel should have refunded our money. Also, their policies are inconsistent. They claim free breakfast and then charge you... They advertise a free drink upon arrival but only between 1800 and 2000. This was by far the worst hostel experience I have EVER had including the property, its advertisements, its staff, and their attitude

Liked: It's close to British Museum and it's easy to get from heathrow with just one line.

Disliked: My room didn't have fresh air to breath. Somehow windows must have a hole to let the air circulate in the room. Otherwise it causes headache in the morning or feet smell in the room.

Liked: The location and it was relatively cheap for london

Disliked: The showers were awful, there was only male toilet on one floor e ven though it was for 6 dorms plus reception area. The male shower on this floor was also closed for maintenance. The beds in the dorm rooms did not have bedside lights, this was the worst thing as other travellers had to turn on the light when they returned in the night also checking out early meant scrabbling around in the dark.

Disliked: Sharing a small room + bunk bed with strangers is never going to be brilliant. No hot water one time I had a shower.

Liked: It was easy to find the Generator from the Kings Cross station. The internet was a plus, although it was annoying to have to get a new login/password (both free) every hour.

Disliked: The lockers in the rooms weren't secure. Even if you put a lock on it you could still open the lockers. The basement floor sort of smelled and the tap water in the rooms smelled like sulfur.

Liked: Localization is very good. Facilities, like microwaves and tables, are good.

Disliked: The internet free is only 1 hour. No internet in rooms. Parties is not good. Beer is expensive. And the roos, what i stayed, was cold. A little of showers, and the staff dindnt speak to me that in the first day, there was a problem with gas. They increase a tax if you paid with credit cards, they should show in this hot site.

Liked: great people and staff! location a bit bar to the north but if u need to be near the train station it is great!! and there is the metro and buses too!

Disliked: Male's toilets and shower facilities are not quite clean and some male young European travellers do not respect others.

Liked: Very easy location, close to Russel Square station and lots of good shops close by.

Disliked: Such a huge hostel, was a little bit daunting and impersonal. Also, be careful when leaving luggage in the storage room as on the day I was there another traveler had his laptop stolen, despite claims of security and video cameras in the room.
