Matthew BaileySecurity staff outside were extremely rude, without reason. Hostel itself was basic, but the communal areas and bar were great. |

Customer reviewthe staff was really great. I had read reviews previously about how great the place was, but didn't quite believe it, but it wasn't a lie. The place is huge, so of course there is going to be noise, at all hours of the night, even on a Monday. There are families and young teens alike. If you want to sleep and have quiet, go to a hotel, but if you want to meet people then stay here. The staff really bad the difference though, super friendly and helpful, plus cheap food and drink is always a bonus! |

Emily Mills-Bignellgreat location and facilities, upset that i was not woken for my topdeck tour, knowing that its my responsibility it was still annoying seeing as i advised the person on the desk i would be leaving with them in the morning, and missed them by 15 mins having to be out of pocket £200.00 to get to paris alone. |

Adrienne ChanA lot of staff on hand, which is good since it is a big hostel. The eating area was nice and spacey, although can get a little crowded during breakfast. The place was pretty clean, nothing really to complain about. |

Customer reviewPretty much the location and the convenience factor of having the tube nearby, tesco, laundrymats, etc easily accessible was a plus...That was about it! |

Jésabelle KibandaBreakfast is good and the chill-out room is nice, but the bathrooms are way too small !! No place whatsoever to put one's clothes, or to welcome a third person in it... Other than that the hostel was fairly clean and is really worth your money since it is a pretty cheap hostel. |
