Customer reviewgreat social atmosphere & cheap drinks but not the best sleep. stayed in basement and it was super noisy with noise above. beds also squeaked with the slightest movement. couldn't sleep. girls chatting loudly early in the morning didnt help ether. other than that, breakfast was basic but overall facilities were good. |

Customer reviewThe place is overrated. Yes it has a bar inside the hostel but it isn't very good. The internet is expensive and they only have 12 computers to use. And at most only 9 were working. With a hostel that has up to 800 beds, there were long lines way too much. And I even tried to get the staff to reset or fix 5 broken computers but they were no help. That dark-haired woman at the travel desk at night is of no help. I told her about the broken computers and she basically shrugged her shoulders. I even asked her about the Changing of the Guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace. My travel book said it is every other day in August and I wanted to ask her what day it was going to be on. She again shrugged her shoulders and said it was everyday. Well you know what....it is EVERY OTHER DAY!! If you ask me, the place is overcrowded and overrated. No thanks!!! |
