Everything was clean, there was a blanket and pillow, the people were nice, there was breakfast. I was excited there was a phone/ipod charger (because I don't have one with me!) but it didn't work! So that was a bummer.

i didnt like the security guards, you cant even smoke a cigarete talking with people because they keep you quiet ...but the breakfast was good

It's a fun place if you're in Londen to visit the town. We weren't in the hostel much but the time we were there everything was fine...

The location is amazing, close to a lovely shopping centre and the British museum, some fun pubs are close as well.

verything was really good. breakfast was good, bathrooms clean, and the rooms are nice. however there were so man security guards around, it took away from the atmosphere of the place. i prefer clink hostel.

LOVE the happy hour (cider, beer, some cocktails 1.5pounds!!) and the location, really close to kings cross. Full of nice people, it's easy to make a lot of friends, especially in the parties at night. Bad things: no English Breakfast, security in the smoking area that keep you quiet.

Didn´t like the properties so much - especially the sogged and stained carpets. Will be much better when you put in wooden floors everywhere :-) Also the colours was a bit too much - Otherwise, since this is supposed to be what I like.. The staff was really really nice, the food was really good and cheap. The best was you had Bundaberg Rum in the bar :-) and comfortable beds

Excellent location and easy to meet people at the hostel bar. Rooms are small however.

The Generator London had all facilities needed to meet new people and have a good time but this didn't forme an obstacle for those who wanted a calm stay in the centre of London.
