It was easy to use and very conveniently well-located, with an atmosphere that was not too raucous. The reservation and check-out procedure were user-friendly (no line to check out - just deposit keycards in a box).

Great place to meet people and hang out... but the bathrooms are in a constant state of nasty. Its more the fault of fellow travelers however.

Good sized lockers and secure luggage room. Nice hot water all the time. Excellent location in walking distance between Russell Square tube and Paddington Station. Cheap meals & Beer....what else do you need? Not so good ventilation in rooms thbough, a bit smelly.
