it's really a place where you meet a lot of people.. because of the atmosphere (the bar, the loungeroom) it's easy to get contact. The location is also really great: a 5 minute walk to Oxford street and the tubestation very nearby.

The low price, its geographical placement (can't complain about being placed smack in the middle of central London) and a bed to sleep in. I don't look for much more in a hostel. I have just one negative thing to note. Despite efforts to shot windows, wear extra clothes, have the curtains drawn and whatever else thinkable to keep the warmth in, the room was freezing cold at night and when asked there were no blankets for us to borrow. Otherwise, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

I've stayed a few times, and would rate it as the best hostel in London that I know of. Good bar, clean rooms, nice location, close to central tube station.

A bit pricey but we stayed at cheap London hostels and its worth paying a bit more to stay here. The breakfast is great, location good, beds comfy, rooms tidy. Has about 800 beds so a bit inpersonal but overall a good place to stay.

£15 in the centre of london! Its a bargain. The bar is cheap as well, plenty of clean showers, rooms were clean and tidy. All in all awesome :)

it's inthe middle of london and can be easily reached by tube (direct tube from Heathrow). very strict rules (e.g. about self-bought-alcohol, smoking, out-check-times, etc.) makes it easier with 800 people :-)
