Disliked: too many younger kids, too loud at night, seemed like a dorm for 13 year olds, bathroom out of order, only cereal and toast for breakfast,

Liked: Great location, very close to a Tube Station.

Disliked: Our key cards were de-activated every single morning. The rubber mattresses are quite off-putting. The shower facilities are poor - no room to change or hang your towel within the cubicle, and only a shower curtain - no door. There seemed to be staff everywhere within the hostel, but no one was particularly helpful. There were no maps on London available.

Liked: Great location, was a large hostel with lots of activity yet it was not noisy in the room, so I could sleep when I wanted to without interruption! Was a fun atmosphere, and great to have breakfast included!

Disliked: Although wifi internet was offered free, you could only get it on the main floor (in lobby or lounge) so was a bit inconvenient and the access and password timed out after 1 hour of use so was a bit annoying having to return to the desk to ask for another access/password...

Liked: The fun and funky atmosphere. The security of the place. The proximity to the tube station. Good bar deals. Good cleaning services.

Disliked: The smoking point was incredibly near our room, which made it stink of cigarette smoke all the time. It would be great if the smoking spot was located further away, or a fan be installed in affected rooms to circulate and expel the smoke.

Liked: The staff were friendly and the signs in the building are very clear.

Disliked: The noise can become a problem at times but not unbearable.

Liked: Lovely staff! Everyone was very friendly and helpfull, no question was unanswered. Location was suberb, very easy to get around.

Liked: I liked the location. It was nice that my room had a wardrobe/desk and a sink.

Disliked: The doors are heavy duty, so there's no way for them to close quietly and shut all the way. So everytime someone came and went, you heard their door slam. It woke me up at all hours of the night. Also, at the time that I was there, some of the showers were being repaired so the working showers were jam packed. I also had booked the wrong day of arrival, so I lost my reservation but was charged the first night anyway, and then had to find another place to stay. The staff was compassionate to me in this situation and gave me info on other nearby hostels and hotels, but I was really upset that I had paid for the first night and they couldn't hold my reservation for another 24 hrs.

Liked: The option of lockers in the rooms, the common areas were big enough to accommodate all the guests, the availability of ipod chargers.

Disliked: The bathroom facilities were not cleaned often enough for the amount of people using them. There weren't enough hooks in the shower rooms to keep stuff dry. The supper is first come first serve which is not advertised.

Liked: THE LOCATION

Disliked: TOO MUCH NOISE, DIFFICULT TO SLEEP IF YOU ARE STAYING ON THE SECOND FLOOR, A BIT DIRTY BUT THEY WERE CLEANING EVERY MORNING WHICH IS GOOD, THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, THEY CHANGE OUR ROOM TO A HIGHER FLOOR WE COULD SLEEP BETTER.

Liked: The atmosphere and the welcome were very nice. Also the bathrooms and the room were quite okay. The breakfast was good! For the price I can really recommend it.

Disliked: The room had been tight and small.

Liked: Excellent location, friendly staff and maximum value for money

Disliked: Not the most peaceful place on earth. Very noisy room and at times it was hard to know if sleeping in a room or hall. Toilets?
