Location is good and the place is cheap, but staff is not that helpful, only 1 shower per floor and poor breakfast are negative points.

All staff are friendly and the security is good since all of the floors are with security cameras and all rooms have their own notices to be safe from thieves!!!

This Hotel is in center of London and good located. The Hostel is very cheap.

It was cheap and simple -- bar downstairs, rooms upstairs, got pretty warm at night, and there were only two showers per floor, internet was 1 pound for 30 minutes, free tour of London left every morning at 10, free breakfast

Staff was nice and helpful. Location was good. The nearest tube station was just around the corner. The small room was quite hot, but there were a ventilator (although it was quite noisy) in our room. Toilets and showers weren't that clean and there were no lock in our third floor shower room, witch was sheared with all the other guests. One of our two toilets was out of order most of the time.
