 Lovely people I stayed with there, Met people who knew friends of my people, Had a couple of hiccups with the plumbing but i'm sure that doesnt happen all the time

The location was great! Near the tube, and we could easily walk to the thames. People were great and very helpfull. Bedrooms were fine, but we could have more showers, and in better conditions.

the staff!!
one other thing. The bar staff wasn't so good. When we went in they were drunk and served us bad beer. Literally it was bad, sour beer.

nice staff, good atmosphere, can leave your luggage for free- excellent facility as my bags were really heavy and I didn't wan to caryy them around!
