 It was very nice. Great Location, staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay again when visiting this hostel.

We met a lot of different people there, staff was helpful apart from the breakfast lady who obviously didn't want us or anybody other to eat there.

the people are wonderful and the bar has cheap drinks. Also they offer free wireless and lockers for personal possesions for nominal fees.

the breakfast is included and there is a very fast hi fi wireless internet. the bar is very confortable; there are some sofas and a big tv with movies (but without sound) and we can use our computer without consommation. location is very good close from the tower bridge, tower of london,...

Social atmosphere, common room was good, having bar down stairs also quite good. 24 hour reception was very helpful, staff were resourceful and helpful.

the location was great. the borough tube station is about a 30 second walk from the hostel. the dorm rooms weren't bad and the hostel was surprisingly quiet at night (i slept fine and i'm a very light sleeper). there's cable tv in the kitchen which is nice at nighttime and the bar is ok.
