Customer reviewGreat location. Just a few minutes walk from Queensway tube station and a few more from Bayswater station. Breakfast consisted of toast, ham, cheese, cereal, coffee, tea etc which was more than adequate. The beds were a bit short for a tall person, but I'm used to it so it wasn't really a problem. I would definitely recommend to a friend looking for a decent hostel in London. |

Sara RainesThe staff was great. We spent the first night of our trip here and had to come back for our last. Met some really great people that we will remain friends with forever. It's so close to the park, perfect for taking a break from all the sight seeing. Cant wait to go back to London and the Astor Quest. |

Daniel GustafssonOur party of four was split up into two rooms: one on the second floor and one on the top floor. This, as such, was not so bad, but the fact that the rooms -- especially the top floor one -- were so extremely warm all the time, and that the upper floor lacked a fan made it very hard to sleep there. One of the nights, another person in the lower room put up his wet laundry, which made the humidity unbearable; I don't know if this means there is no dryer, but if there isn't, one should be installed. Alternatively, there should be some other place to dry clothes than in the rooms. There are also too few showers and toilets for the amount of rooms. However, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was adequate, and if you're just looking for a place to spend the nights, and you're not going there in the hottest parts of summer, I guess it's a quite decent place. |
