 The staff was very helpful and the rooms were also pretty nice. I didn't spend much time there, but it was perfect for what I needed.

The room were perfect, with our own bath and toilet. Friendly staff in the reception, very helpfull!

The rooms were very clean and had great facilities such as bathrooms in the room and good storage spave for bags under the bed. The kitchen was easy to use and the showers had decent pressure and tempreture. The people are party animals and that was a good asset. Very easy to meet new people. Over all probably rhe best hostel i have stayed in. definatly the best in the UK.

It felt safe. I want them to know that there is a man outside the hostel who tries to scam people by telling him he's looking for the Thomas Cooke travel office, and then he asks the person to change his money. He accidentally did it to me twice--one week apart--which is how I learned it was a scam. He's a small Englishman.

It was run completely by young people like myself. Although they seemed a little 'easy-going', the hostel and our room were always clean. Also, it was great to have an en-suite room for that price!
