Liked: Really nice hostel, cheap, pretty good located, in a quiet street,and it's easy to go downtown with the tube!The rooms are clean and safe with the lockers. But note that the regular side of the locks is too small, you need a big one.It was pretty hot at night as we were at the 5th floor but we slept very well though!I strongly recommend it!

Liked: ProsVery good location,helpful and friendly staff,good breakfastConsDirty,the showers and toilets were really dirty,the carpet hasn't been cleaned for years.We have booked a month in advance but we have been stayed in differents rooms for 1 night. If you want to stay for 1-2 nights it is ok but for more I dont recommend it

Liked: security lockers under the bed are good, but you need a lock.doors of the rooms are not really safe, since other people could open our room with their key...it does not really make a good impression, if the staff welcomes you drunk at 11am...

Liked: The hostel is in a good location, but good luck getting up those narrow windy stairs if you have a big bag.

Liked: Although its great location and great staff, rooms are tiny and bathroom weren't always clean. Breakfast is ok, don't expect much, beds are clean and not old, I would recommend this place, it is really near portobello market and hey, you get what you pay for, it is pretty good for short stays

Liked: Good price for the location. We used it as a place to sleep whilst sight seeing so was perfect for coming back and crashing in. 24 hour reception so no curfew. Nice staff. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that, we were on the 6th floor so was a bit of walk after a long day, but can't really complain otherwise!!

Liked: Great location. Just a few minutes walk from Queensway tube station and a few more from Bayswater station. Breakfast consisted of toast, ham, cheese, cereal, coffee, tea etc which was more than adequate. The beds were a bit short for a tall person, but I'm used to it so it wasn't really a problem.I would definitely recommend to a friend looking for a decent hostel in London.

Liked: Great location but relatively small rooms (it is London though, so don't expect space anywhere). Heaps friendly staff and great breakfast

Liked: The staff was great. We spent the first night of our trip here and had to come back for our last. Met some really great people that we will remain friends with forever. It's so close to the park, perfect for taking a break from all the sight seeing. Cant wait to go back to London and the Astor Quest.
