primarily location and price were faultless. However not having airconditioning or even a fan in the room was a nightmare, it was very hot weather & there was 6 people in the room.

The staff was awesome...they helped with recommendations about the city and how to get around the city. They also partied and hung out with the guests.

The owner of the hostel was soo amazingly accomadating!! I showed up two weeks before i had a booking and asked if i could store my stuff--they cleared out a closet for my luggage like it was no big deal!! When I came back to stay, all my stuff was there, the room I was staying in was clean, the bed was comfortable and in the morning, the person working reception called me a cab that ended up being really cheap to Heathrow. The people at Astor Quest really made finishing up a semester in London completely manageable--and after my backpacking experiences I realized even more how wonderful Astor Quest is---even the breakfast was good :)

The staff is AMAZING. They couldn't be more helpful with finding our way around London for the first time. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and all the guests are a ton of fun. CANDICE AND JESS RULE!
