Liked: Excellent location.

Disliked: I was on the 5th floor and had a big bag. Had to carry it upstairs. It really didn't bother me, but I can see how it can annoy other peple. Aside from that, the hostel is very comfortable -for people who like staying in hostels-, the location is perfect, close to Notting Hill and close to the underground. Staff was helpful. I'd recommend it.

Liked: The location was okay, within a short distance from Queensway tube station. Bayswater station was closed, but this is obviously not the hostel's fault.

Disliked: Pretty much everything? This hostel is awful. Rude and incompetent staff, facilities were dirty, cramped and falling apart. Rooms were stuffy and poorly maintained and I felt unsafe the entire time I was there. No attempt was made to regulate guest behaviour which may not be a problem for some, but I don't know many who would be keen on walking in on public masturbation. The provided breakfasts had extremely limited selection and the kitchen is not always open. The "secure" luggage compartments are not secure at all, and I had an incident of my compartment being opened with no difficulty whatsoever while I slept. I left a day early, and it tainted my whole London experience. The worst part of my UK trip.

Disliked: Everything. The hostel is dirty, unsafe, in a very dark location, the atmosphere is tense... really a unpleasant stay.

Liked: Good location. Clean.

Disliked: Rooms were stuffy as there was no air circulation. They also messed up my reservation and had to switch rooms after the first night. This also happened to other people staying at this hostel.

Disliked: nothing really relevant but some more plugs in the 8 dorms room and some light close each bed would make the room perfect

Disliked: The rooms are very small, and the shower has a curtains that it is old and with mushrooms

Liked: Hostel very good with breakfast, well located, with all necessary assistance for the trip, with cheap internet, free lockers, kitchen 24 hours, everything is good.

Disliked: I have nothing to complain.

Liked: The Hostel is not the biggest which is brilliant, because the atmosphere was friendly and you got to know a lot of people. The ensuite room was clean, the facilities cleaned regularly. There was also the possibility to spend the evening at home watching movies or reading. Kitchen facilities were also good. Two fridges to put your things in.

Disliked: A pitty that the window did not open more, because it was quite warm in the room at night. The breakfast room could have been a bit bigger to accomodate more people.

Disliked: Small rooms, internet is not free, no good lockers, poor coffebreak if you arrive after 9h30.

Liked: Good location with access to Central Line.

Disliked: They make you buy, instead of borrow, towels and padlocks for ridiculous prices. There really isn't reason not to use a deposit system except to extort a little extra money from their patrons.

Liked: Very good for that price. It was one of the cheapest hostel I've found in London, although it has perfect place. Very near to underground and Hyde Park. The staff were lovely, and the breakfest was free and good enough. I would recommend this place for sure.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike. Everything was more than my expectations.

Liked: It's a real hostel! You feel very comfortable there! Like if the place were yours.. the staff is young and friendly!

Disliked: The internet is not totally free.. they give you a card which allows you to use for 40 minutes, after that, you have to pay.
