Liked: Good and clean place to sleep. Can't complain

Disliked: One thing I would add is that they are slightly misleading when saying internet is free. They may have computers that have free internet (not sure) but wifi was a pound for 60 minutes.

Liked: Amazing place! The staff, the atmosphere, the guests were all great! I really recommend this hostel and I know were I'll be going next time I visit London.

Liked: The location is great, walking distance from the underground station, pubs, theaters and several touristic attractions. The staff is very friendly, young people with a very good vibe. The atmosphere of the hostel is good and fun. And they include breakfast which is always a plus :)

Disliked: I think the building is a bit old, the doors sound a lot and the bathrooms could be better. But for me location, atmosphere and staff is more important, so I would stay here again :)

Liked: The location is great, within walking distance of many attractions and well connected by tube. It was much cleaner than other places I've stayed at and the beds were quite comfortable... I shared a room with other 7 people and there was still space to move around, so it's not like sleeping in a matchbox! I guess smaller rooms might be even better. Overall I think it is a really great place to stay, especially if you only have a couple of days to see the city.

Disliked: There's only one shower per floor, so it can get a little busy in the mornings... And a bigger sign at the front door would help find the place, especially when you're looking for it in the London rain :)

Liked: It was in an extremely good location. Right by the british museum, a few minutes from oxford street... really fantastic in that regard. If you like to party, you will probably enjoy the staff/feel of the hostel.

Disliked: The facilities were abysmal. There are 4 toilets in the hostel, one of which is right next to the check in desk which does not make you want to use it. There are not many showers either, and the one we tried could not be adjusted; it stayed boiling hot no matter what. On top of that, the toilets and shower were not particularly clean. There is no common room in this hostel; there is only the kitchen. It's fairly large, but extremely crowded with drinking pre-partiers from 8 to 11ish (which is right when you'd probably want to eat). The kitchen is on the lower floor, which also happens to have one room -- bad luck, that was ours. The noise from the kitchen is very audible in this room, as are people going downstairs or to the luggage room. The free breakfast is toast, jams, and cereal. The rooms are not very clean (I looked under the bed and found all sorts of stuff... papers, dust, but also a lock, a kitchen knife...). As others have mentioned, the sliding lockers under the bed are extremely squeaky and loud, and require non-standard locks. Very annoying when people are sleeping. There are sinks in all the rooms, but the one in ours splashed water everywhere if you tried to use it. Also, all the sinks except those in the kitchen have "do not drink the water" signs.... ew?

Liked: Good location and friendly staff.

Disliked: We stayed in the second building located to blocks away. The room was very dirty, no water in the sink. Uncomfortable beds. The toilets were small and smelly, with no toilet paper. We even did not shower due to horrible showers. Would not stay here again.

Liked: the location to the british museum was its only redeming factor

Disliked: staff was unhelpful. i was lost and confused and standing beside the hotel next to them. called to ask for directions and they didnt help with directions. How ridiculous is it that the staff didnt even know the name of the hotel beside where they are attached. i had to walk for another 20 mins in the complete opposite direction before finally taking a cab to the hostel because of their incompetant staff. upon arrival i was frustrated so explained to the girl that i was standing right beside the next hotel ...how couldnt you have known the name. she just laughed and said 'oh yeah i thought it sounded familiar' i was revolteded.

Liked: The Staff were really friendly, it was close to British museum and you could walk to many tourist locations in London. The price was right and breakfast was a huge plus.

Liked: Cool atmosphere, super-nice staff, great location!

Disliked: Smelled kind of funny, not too clean and lots of people who did not book a bed, but however decided to sleep either in the lounge or on the floor of dorm-rooms that they either used to stay in or friends of theirs stayed in.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, beds ok.

Disliked: No free wi-fi, breakfast ok but they NEED a bigger coffee machine, a domestic one is lame for a hostel.

Liked: Firstly good value for money. Secondly, the location was also quite good: Just next to the British Museum, and in walking distance to the major sights (plus there was a nearby tube station: Holborn). Breakfast was unlimited cereals, milk, coffee, bread, jams and peanut butter. Nothing special, but if you're into quantity rather than quality, that's the breakfast you want. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Disliked: The toilets and showers could have been a little bit more spacious. But considering the fact that the facilities were clean and the hostel was not that expensive, I can't really complain.

Liked: It has a very good location. You can walk to Covent garden... Area around the hostel is nice...

Disliked: I am 196 cm tall and the beds in the hostel are only about 180 cm. 6 dorms are not in the main building - try to stay in the main building. It is just more fun.

Liked: It is a quite clean hostel and the breakfast is good. Very young staff.

Disliked: Some rooms are out of the main building. There is no free internet access and if you pay, the Wi-fi signal is not so good in the bedrooms.

Liked: - location. Near tube station, Teso Express. - big, clean room. nice bunk bed, comfy. Clean shower. - age restriction, so, no very young school kids / very old backpackers (sorry). So, that made hostel's atmosphere looks right :)

Disliked: - Sometimes some people played music so loud in the kitchen. - Wifi is free only for 40 minutes.

Liked: It was right next to British Museum, which I found a very good location. On the night I've arrived they organised a pub crowl, which must have been cool, I couldn't join as I was travelling two days long and wanted to sleep. Very nice staff, breakfast was great, I did not have hunger for couple of hours, and I was not eating much. In the room there were 6 beds with huge space for the luggage and getting around too.

Disliked: The windows of my room were quite durty, however I did not mind it as the room was ok. I found no handwash next to the toilettes. (Maybe you have to go to your room for washing your hands? But there as no soap...)

Liked: I liked that the Buildings need a code to enter - and that each bed had a massive cage to lock up your belongings - big enuf for a suitcase

Disliked: The shower I had access to smelt a bit weird. And that you had to pay for wifi after 40mins worth of use.

Liked: the location was amazing- right next to the British museum and close to most of the main attractions. The breakfast was also much better than any other hostel I've ever stayed in.

Disliked: I was on the 4th floor and getting my suitcase up all those stairs, particularly the tight ones at the top, without help was very tricky! It was also really hot in the room. I think because we were so high up
