Location
20 October 2007
Location is great - staff are helpful but alot of them are also foreigners who are doing casual work at the hostel so they're not always the best ppl to ask for info on getting around or seeing London. it's an old building with thin walls and not that clean, but if yo're looking for a party hostel to meet other travellers then this is it.

The location is good - easy to get to from Heathrow, and good central location to get to most places of interest. The place has lots of very steep stairs and no lift, so be warned if you have lots of luggage or health issues. Some staff are very helpful, others are very much the opposite. Only 2 showers for a floor, but I never had a problem and they were relatively clean. Very noisy place, so bring earplugs if you want to sleep the night through. Would stay there again because the location is very convenient.

The location was in a very nice part of London and the staff was great. The rooms are very small but clean. It wasn't extremely close to a lot of the main sites but was close to some really cool area of London.

Great location, only a 20min. walk to most every major site in the city, only a 5min. walk to a bunch of pubs. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the recreation room is a good place to meet people.

The staff was very helpful and our room was both clean and quiet. It doesn't mention though that the hostel is split between two buildings and all the facilities (not including showers and bathrooms) are in one building.

Very friendly staff at the reception. Nice location - close to Oxford street, Leicester Square and Covent Garden. You don't even need the tube or a bus!
