The location is perfect, the hostel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had bad experience however with drunken / loud people in our dorm. This can happen of course in any hostel. The staff acted properly and apparently made it very clear to them to keep it down, as the next night they were really quiet. Not our best nights ever, but no hard feelings about the hostel.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised to get a voucher for internet use when I checked in.

Close to the city, only a 15 min walk to Covent Garden. The hostel has a good movie room where you can watch films for free or use the book exchange. has a decent kitchen, albeit a bit busy in the mornings.

stayed at a double room in a building 2 streets from the main hotel.Though it was an old building, it was kept very clean. Fresh flowers in the room (nice detail) -really quiert, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

It is probably just about the best place you could stay in London. It would be hard to find a better location, the building is lovely; the atmosphere relaxed; and the staff friendly and helpful. Also very clean, which makes a huge difference.
