Liked: The facilities were very nice.

Disliked: My friend and I had to be at the airport by 4am. We asked for assistance for the best way to get there. One of the receptionists gave us incorrect information about when the last train ran and we ended up having to sleep at the train station for 5 hours. I would just ask that they double check the information they give you...or you should double check for yourself. Also, the wireless wasn't very reliable for some reason.

Liked: Good location.

Disliked: There were a lot of school tour groups staying there, so it didn't have the feel of a typical hostel. It felt more like a junior high slumber party. The age range of the travellers was also very young as well, which may just be a reflection of travellers in London, but just didn't have the fun, intelligent atmosphere I expect from a hostel.

Disliked: The girls toilets and showers on the first floor haven't been renovated yet, so they were on the grubby side.

Liked: Very close if you're entering London from the Eurostar or St Pancras, washrooms on the top floor were nice (open window = no smelly stalls), 4-bed dorms were pretty comfy. Close to Camden town which is a must-see for anyone visiting London. The biggest thing I liked about this hostel is that the DIRECTIONS GIVEN FROM THIS SITE DO NOT SUCK!

Disliked: It was mentioned by other people - booking leaves something to be desired. My girlfriend and I got put in two separate 4-bed dorms. Luckily the 3 asians in my room checked out in the middle of the night while I was sleeping (must have been like 3AM?!?!) and all three beds opened up so I brought my gf in.

Liked: the best things were the location and the price. breakfast was included, also good. not so good was the lack of privacy in large dorms, under_enthusiastic staff and noisy guests. i guess it was good for the price, but i would not stay again.

Liked: The location of the property was good. The breakfast area and lounge looked really nice.

Disliked: The rooms were too hot. There were too many people cramped into a small space and the windows needed to be left open which meant that the street noise was very disruptive. Bring earplugs! The bathrooms and showers were pretty shabby and not well maintained.

Liked: The location was good, and the facilities were clean. However space was not a luxury here. There were quite a few cheap eats and a supermarket in the area.

Liked: We were 5 people in a 6 bed room. The room was clean but they gave only one sheet for the bed, the bottom one.It has nice sitting room and dining room, the breakfast simple but very well.The only problem, our window gave to the road, so the car noises start at 6 am!!It worth it

Liked: Great stay. The place looks cool and the lounge was really nice to hang out in. The staff were friendly and actually I met up with some really nice other guests there. If you want laid back and relaxed I would definitely opt for here.

Liked: on my check in there were 2 staff members, they were very helpful and nice, got all the information I needed and got some good ideas what to do in London. i stayed in the big dorm,but people there were great fun too, so i didn't complain. you can always use your bed light not to disturb other people. had a locker for free to lock away my laptop, so overall i was very pleased with my stay. i even had a breakfast which was good.

Liked: it's a gr8 place to stay. I could check in easily, was offered a safety box tolock away my laptop, hung out in their lounge, watched a dvd, chat with fellow guys and had a gr8 sleep after all. Definitely a good choice!
