Liked: It was exactly what I was looking for - comfortable, friendly, not too big. Staff was amazing and hostel was very clean.Location - great. Breakfast, lockers, luggage room, I didn't need much more.

Liked: Liked that it is new, nice style. staff was friendly and helped me with information. Had breakfast (it's all you can eat), could leave my luggage for a day. happy and will come back.

Liked: Great place. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Location is decent, not in the best or most exciting part of town, but it's just a bit of a walk to one of the train stations and the underground. Very comfortable and good place to stay, and a decent price for what you get.

Disliked: The bathrooms aren't great and a lot of the toilets didn't work well. However, they have a lot of signs up that say the bathrooms are going to be remodeled, so they recognize there is a problem. Otherwise, good place. Could be a bit cheaper, but it's a nice place to stay in London.

Liked: everything was very clean - the bathrooms are planned to get rennovated soon (according to the staff)!for us the location was great

Disliked: the staff is a little bit unflexible! getting the breakfast 10 min before the official time was impossible, so we went to stansted very hungry! :) you do not get a warm family-like atmosphere there, if you're looking for that! bring your alarmclock - they are not going to knock your door if you have to get up early!!!!

Liked: cheap

Disliked: booked in for 2 nights. Wasnt told until the next morning that I'd have to check out and recheck back in for my 2nd night. Room was on the side of the building facing a very busy road- windows wouldnt close properly. Extremelt noisy with traffic during the night, such that I couldnt sleep. Poor shower and toilet facilities.

Disliked: showers could of been a lot better, some staff had no knowledge and could have been friendlier.

Liked: Not too big and pretty chilled out

Disliked: Reception staff were a bit sleepy- there were three of them dithering about at check in and check out but still queues around reception.

Liked: really liked it. very chilled out hostel, not too noisy. could lock my laptop away in lockers they have free of charge, staff was friendly and cool, had absolutely no probs at all. would highly recommend.

Liked: the location is good.the room is ok.

Disliked: Safety box is always run out. Smallest bathroom i've ever seen. A bit noisy at night if your room is facing the road.

Liked: The beds and room were clean. The community rooms were nice. The showers were always hot! The staff was fairly helpful and inviting. Hostel is really close to Kings Cross/St. Pancras station (2 mins walk).

Disliked: Wi-fi did not work most of the time and it was expensive regardless. Had to pay the same price for half the time to use their computers. The breakfast was pretty bad (cold toast, cereal w/warm milk, juice made from powder). The bathroom and shower areas were dirty and need to be remodeled (which they say they are doing soon).

Liked: That breakfast off cereal and toast was included for a london hostel. The place was clean and cheap also in a good location foe a london hostel.
