Liked: Friendly staff, lots of different people.

Disliked: Internet or wifi are not free, they charge you 1£ for half an hour, it would be great if they didnt.

Disliked: Loud music on arrival. Single fire exit for whole building. Street side bedroom had very loud traffic noise throughout the night (hot night windows open) No female toilet on top floor

Disliked: Our six bed room was about the size of a closet... the bathroom facilities were not the best, and no free wifi or any good perks.

Liked: It was really nice hostel. Other people in my room were little bit unthoughtful, but you cannot do anything about it.

Liked: location was great, easy to find and very close to the tube station. breakfast was the best one i ever had in a london hostel... cereal, toast, different jams, tea, coffee...

Disliked: room was tiny and didn't have any lockers, only small lockers at reception

Liked: This place was a lot better than described. I was worried because of the low price that I got, but I enjoyed it, even though it was for 1 day only. Everything was pretty nice, I liked that on the top of each bed head, there was like a compartment to store some small valuables. Also a board on the side to block light, and your own reading light. Normal breakfast, wider variety of cereals. Cheese and jam and butter, with toast. Nice kitchen facility. A lot of people get together downstairs where you can watch TV or chat around. £3 lets you use the washing machines they have.

Disliked: There were reviews about the bathrooms. They aren't horribly but not the greatest... There is kind of a bad smell when you walk in, but not that horrendous. I didn't get a chance to see the showers. I didn't like though that Wifi was paid. £2 for 2 hours... but it worked all over the place. Some of the beds looked a little cramped as they were all right next to each other...

Liked: Very good free breakfast - plenty of hot toast with real butter and jam and choices of cereals, hot and cold drinks. Staff were hardworking, friendly and helpful. Bed was surprisingly very comfortable.

Disliked: Toilets and showers were rubbish, but there were signs to say that they were due to be refurbished. The only place to put your stuff in the rooms was on the floor. A wooden drawer to push under the bed would be a great plus!

Liked: Propably one of the best places to get value for your money in the hostels I have used during the past five years of traveling!

Liked: THE MUSIC PLAYING ALL THROUGH THE CORRIDORS CREATED A REAL HOMELY ATMOSPHERE. LOVELY HOSTEL, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.

Disliked: THE BATHROOMS NEED A RENOVATION HOWEVER THE HOSTEL ADVISED OF THIS THEMSELVES UPON ARRIVAL- NEEDS NEW SHOWERS WITH CONSISTENT HOT WATER.

Liked: location, atmosphere

Disliked: don't have lockers for your luggage in the rooms. There are only few little lockers at the reception, not enough for everybody. Found a man sleeping in my bed A boy in my room was robbed, good bye to all his luggage!

Liked: - very nice staff on reception - thank you! - well designed and clean lounge - cheap price - 24 hour reception

Disliked: - really small rooms - nothing but beds an sink (no wardrobe, no rack, no peg - We don´t need a big and luxury room, but we don´t like to put all the clothes on the ground) - squeaky beds - very dirty and foul-smelling washrooms ! (many sorry-papers for not working showers and toilets) - small breakfast - only cereals, toast, butter and jam (That´s not the problem but we were not allowed to use the kitchen at breakfast-time to improve our breakfast like boiling eggs ore something!)

Liked: Comfy beds and interesting way of dividing them - kind of like you had your own little cave, at least in the very large dorm (18 people I think.)

Disliked: Internet was kind of expensive, and I had to wait a long time for an available shower but apparently they're renovating the shower and bathroom facilities.

Liked: A couple of minutes' walk from King's Cross.

Disliked: No large lockers available in rooms. You've to either just settle for these long, narrow ones at the head of your bed (not large enough for a laptop), or use the boxy ones in front of the reception. Can't rent locks, either- have to spend £2.50.

Liked: We definitely liked the location. Easy access to main tube lines and plenty of fast food restaurants and shops. The character of the hostel is really fun, colourful and warm. In the basement we felt as if we were home. Loved the atmosphere.

Disliked: The first morning of our stay was rather disappointing since there was no running hot water. The team member on shift was notified immediately and by 9 am an engineer was already called to fix the problem. No compensation for the inconvenience caused was offered by the management. As a solution, taking a shower in another hotel from the same company was offered which was unacceptable since the other hostel was too far away.

Liked: The Location is situated very near to the Underground station and it´a quite a cool place to stay for some nights in London.Good Breakfast-Service and friendly Staff.

Disliked: It was very cold everywhere,the heating in the sleeping rooms were off and you can´t turn them on, and there´s none in the bathroom and the window is always open. The showers are terribly old.
