It was clean, safe, and close to public transportation and a good jump off point for long walking tours.

The staff were nice and it was on the Picadilly line, so made travel to and from the airport easy. Plus the area is quietish, for London. However, when the other users say that the showers are cold, believe them, the showers are REALLY cold!

Very friendly staff, I liked the info board at the reception. Smaller than I expected but this was a good thing. Fantastic location.
