Liked: staff helpful and location convenient for airport, however the room we stayed in was very noisey due to overlooking the main road so we hardly slept!

Liked: For a very decent price this was a perfect bed for the night before my early flight in the morning. The very friendly young woman booked my taxi for me. Free breakfast and a nice selection of hot drinks, comfortable TV room, clean, and the dorm room was very private - split into 2 parts, there was only 1 other person so it felt like I had my own room. The only problems were I don't think they had kitchen facilities (not that I would have used them on that night), and the directions given for the bus from the train to the hostel were wrong, thought I found the bus in the end and it was only 1 pound 90.

Liked: i wasnt expecting how great it really was. Beautiful rooms, more like a hotel than a hostel, comfortable beds, nice sheets not cheap ones and honestly a very nice place to stay for a night or two.

Liked: The level of customer service =0, no toilet paper in the loo, dirty carpet, curtain rail broken. No chance for early night as staff's children running outside the room. Dirty shover room, first cubicle out of order, second dirty so I could not have a shover. It would be maybe ok if the room price was 10-15 pounds, but NOT 35!Not worth !!!

Liked: good to stay ?f early fl?ght out of luton. th?nk ? was the only one stay?ng there. bus stop to a?rport accross the road (30m?ns to a?rport) but lady told me wrong t?me to get bus and wa?ted for nearly an hour before call?ng tax?- h?nt: check bus t?mes on t?metable accross the road yourself. enjoy

Liked: This hostel is great for passing through Luton as it is really close to the airport. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I would definately stay here again.
