Liked: We loved the place. Doug was very friendly and helpful. Would have been nice to stay longer, but we are quite sure we will go there again.

Disliked: The place was very nice and only thing which we "disliked" was dirty teacups.

Liked: We decided to stay here on our last night before flying out Stansted the next morning. I wish we stayed longer because we got in at 10 PM and left at 5 AM! The rooms were wonderful! Clean and cozy and we were picked up at the train station and dropped off at the airport -- so nice! I'll definitely come back :)

Liked: Very beautiful place. Nice owner. Unfortunately we couldn´t make it to the breakfast, cause the plane left so early. We recommend!

Liked: It is a beautiful relax place close to the airport (Stadsted). The biggest advantage is that they offer you free transport from the Hotel to the airport. Don't think is only a bed and breakefast, it is a lot more than that, it should be consider as a place to relax after a busy week in London city! Douglas is a very helpful man interested in showing to the people their great place!

Liked: Douglas was very helpful and picked us up from the airport despite all the snow and turmoil going on at Stansted and then ran us to the train station at 5.30am. What a legend! Room was lovely (and romantic!), facilities great, cleanliness really good etc. It's just a shame we couldn't have stayed for breakfast.

Liked: Lovely stay, staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless and the whole guest house was decorated beautifully for christmas. we were picked up from the station no problem late on sunday evening, and dropped off at the airport after a lovely breakfast early the next morning. Brilliant guest house, would recommend to anyone, looking forward to going back one day. Thanks George Green Farm!

Liked: Excellent bed and breakfast. Unfortunately I only stayed one night, hope to come again and then stay for a few days. As for the other commentators, this is a real good place to stay. The rooms and the house has a nice atmosphere, the breakfast is great, and the hosts are very helpful and polite. And of course, I also have to mention the pub nearby with very delicious meals!

Liked: lovely owners, we arrived quite late, past midnight at stansted, but got to the b&b and were welcomed in with no fuss. the house itself was very quaint, but had all mods cons, done up to very high standards. lovely area, no noise from passing planes-windows all double glazed. breakfast was abundant, with choice of home grown eggs. nice quiet area, ideal for a good nights' rest after a long haul flight.

Liked: Very beautiful rooms and overall very cosy old house. Nice garden and very friendly owners. Close to Stansted but not really bothered at all by airplanes flying to and from the airport. Very rural setting despite being so close to London and Stansted.

Liked: friendliness ,clean and lovely room ideal for the traveller, as brilliant food is within a stone throw away. guests were transferred to and fro at no additional cost will definitely use again and advise other friends whom are in the area.

Liked: Comfy and artistic decor.Helpful, helpful staff! Very kind as well.The free shuttle to and from Stansted (even early in the morning) is what put it over the top for me and made me love this place. If you need a bed for a night near Stansted... come here.

Liked: The location, room, people and service were fantastic. They picked us up from the train station, and drove us to the airport for 5 a.m. It's next door to a pub, and the area around is beautiful. Very pretty details in the room.

Liked: Everything, people and animals, friendlyness, guiding during the stay, a clean and very delicate place. Interesting history, told by the host, mr and mrs Barlow. Have alredy recommended the hostel to family members going to Stansted.
