Liked: Location, friendly staff

Disliked: small room, shared bathroom

Liked: The free pick-up service of the hotel is fantastic. The driver is very friendly and patient. The breakfast buffet is very nice and the lady working there treated us like a family.

Disliked: The Wifi signal is only strong enough downstairs in the breakfast room, so it is cold if you want to go online during night. It costs 4 pounds a day till 6:00am next morning, which is not too bad a price though.

Liked: They have shuttle to Heathrow pick you up in evening and drop off in AM every 45 minutes....... worth the price of the room.

Disliked: internet only works in one building, the first night we were in wrong area for wireless, had to cross street to main build to sit in kitchen area to get internet.

Liked: Closeness to Heathrow, direct shuttlebus

Disliked: We were charged for parking although the website claimed it was free. We paid for breakfast which was supposed to be delivered to our room at 5:30am, it did not turn up by 5:45 so we asked the desk, who professed to not know when we wanted it (it was the same guy on the desk). He did eventually produce it however.

Liked: Everything!! Highly recomonded. (10/10).

Disliked: WiFi was quite expensive (around 5 GBP/d), else everything was fantastic.

Liked: Perfectly adequate if you just need a place to sleep after a late flight. Decent bed and shower but don't expect much more.

Disliked: Breakfast wasn't provided.

Liked: The location was close to the airport

Disliked: It was VERY small, and not that we needed a lot of room, but it was hard to walk around in and forget easily bringing in your luggage. The rooms and bathrooms smelled of urine.

Disliked: Reception a bit too busy at times - but that is a minor issue.

Liked: The shuttle driver was amazing at engaging in conversation and is very knowledgeable about other countries etc. was a pleasant trip to the airport.

Disliked: Really old, no investment into the property. You could smell the carpets (not a good sign). They say it comes with linen however its just one sheet that covers the mattress and the comforter... I noticed in the morning the the cleaning staff were just taking the sheet and not washing the comforter. I'm sure the staff would give a second sheet if you asked. They were all really nice.

Liked: Simply somewhere to stay, pretty close to the airport.

Disliked: Super small rooms, hard to get to late at night once the buses stop running.

Liked: It was nice having a free Taxi service to and from the airport

Disliked: The evening staff was incredibly rude and not at all helpful. They have no phone to use, so you have to go down the road to call anyone. and the internet costs way to much to use, not to mention the signal is terrible unless you are in the breakfast room. Also, it is REALLY loud when the airplanes fly over. You are just a few minutes away from the airport, so bring earplugs.

Liked: The room was a goodsize and clean.We had a large tv the beds were comfortable and coffe and tea making facilities provided.The staff were friendly and very helpful.The wi-fi service was excellent.The ensuite although small was adequate..Good value for money!

Disliked: Nil.

Liked: Would definitely recommend if you want somewhere basic to sleep before catching a flight from Heathrow. It was inexpensive, offers free rides to and from the airport, clean, comfortable with friendly staff.

Disliked: There was no cooked breakfast availble to buy.

Liked: Extremely Clean, comfortable and peaceful. Airplanes didn't bother me.Will definately stay again and again.Price was great when booked online.

Liked: Cheap place to stay for a night before or after a flight. Free bus transfer too heathrow terminals. Stayed a few times and always good nights sleep before traveling onwards.

Disliked: If you want a top range hotel then this is not for you. Just on a side note the pub across the road is dreadful

Liked: It was really close to Heathrow, and right next to the free shuttle bus stop to get to and from heathrow. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and there were some great restaurants nearby.

Disliked: The bed was not the greatest, and I don't think I would want to stay there for more than one or two nights.

Liked: The property was great. Staff nice and I had a comfortable night with free shuttle bus to airport. Gave me a free breakfast to make up for failing to explain well how to get there. It is a gem for low budget travellers who have to overnight at Heathrow

Disliked: The management of this place really needs to improve its instructions for getting there. Through a combination of uninformed passers by, poor street signage and misinformation from my 2 expensive mobile calls to the hotel I walked the streets for over an hour trying to get there. They need to have a map on the website and then they need to prepare clear instructions to give over the phone about the various ways of getting there, including the confusion about Bath Rd and Old Bath Rd that does not seem to be called Old Bath Rd. Things like 'from the Total service station with the McDonalds, take the narrower street that goes behind, not the big busy road in front' would help.
