Liked: For the price I got more than I bargained for considering it is so close to Gatwick. Comfortable, clean. Decent breakfast. Pick up and drop off t airport included, although I did have to wait half an hour for the pick up from the airport. I would recommend staying here is you are getting a flight to/ from Gatwick.

Disliked: It's possible arrive there only by taxi or transfer. We arrived in the night and we didn't find the place to take the transfer.

Liked: The staff was rather nice and even allowed us to print our boarding passes fro free in their office. If flying in or out of Gatwick and needing a place to stay, this is an affordable option that worked out well for us.

Disliked: The room locks didn't seem particularly secure and the shower/bathroom was fashioned out of a closed and was rather small.

Liked: + Close to Gatwick airport, free shuttle avail, cheap.- Commanding & non-friendly tone. Outdoor area almost not held at all. Garbage spread around the area. Temperature regulator in shower is not safe.

Liked: Location is great for the airport, very close to the train. Only bad point was the shower changing temperature every few seconds and the bathroom feeling like a port-a-loo. Room itself was smallish but comfortable. Free wifi.

Liked: I have stayed at many hostels and this place was the worst for service. This is one of few negative feedbacks that I have left. They were rude as soon as I walked in the door. I tried to pay with cash and they would not give me a receipt, then I tried to pay with Visa and they said they would just bill my credit card from the reservation so it will be a surprise as to what the bill will be. It was like pulling teeth to get them to drop me off at the airport even though they state that there is free shuttle service to the airport. They tried to get me to take the train. Breakfast was just cereal and toast contrary to their description on this website. You would be waisting your time and money if you stay here.

Liked: we were at the breakfast room at 8:50 on a Sunday morning but were told that we are too late for the breakfast!! so it is quiet inconvenient for us if not for the many and the stuff wasnt the most helful either.
