Liked: I arrived a little later than the midnight deadline for free pick up to the hotel. However, after phoning the hotel, the owner came and picked me up regardless which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent and service extremely friendly.

Disliked: Nothing at all.

Liked: The staff are amazing and extremely accommodating! It was very close to Gatwick airport and the ride to and from the airport is included in the stay. Fantastic.

Liked: People are really friendly and come to pick you up at the airport. It's perfect to spent a calm night or a weekend. The rooms are very tidy, beds comfortable and the bathrooms just like at home. And don't miss the perfect full english breakfast!

Disliked: There's nothing going on around, but that's as well not what I came for.

Liked: I love that they pick you up directly from the airport and drop you off. The breakfast was amazing. And Clive and Carmel are filled with so much character. I loved it.

Liked: Lovely guesthouse, fully recommend it if you need a place to stay near gatwick airport, really nice friendly and extremely helpful staff. Excellent Breakfast!

Liked: Great host and hostess- We consider Cumberland House as our home away from home. The rooms are clean, comfortable and reasonable priced. Tremendous value for your money.

Liked: This place is great. It is clean, the rooms are spacious, the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious; it's about as close to living at home as it gets for a traveler. I had zero complaints

Liked: Die freundlichen Leute, welche das Hotel führen sind einsame Spitze. Sie sind immer sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, schön und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist perfekt und man wird vom Flugplatz abgeholt.
