Liked: It felt like a family, looked like a family's home. Staff was very friendly, cooked you breakfast in the morning, there was free internet, laundry, guest kitchen, and rooms were quite big. It was a very nice hostel. I loved that every time I walked in I was greeted, and not just passed by.

Disliked: Location was like a 20 minute walk from center of Belfast.

Liked: really good location, just 5 minutes walking distance from the liverpool lime street station.

Disliked: not so clear and a little bit noisy.

Liked: The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable; they included a shower and a toilet. The hostel has a lot of different common rooms (my favorite, a very old fashion one, dim lighted with old couches in it, but also there's one with a pool table, another to see films, etc). The location is great.

Disliked: The rooms smelled a bit funny... nothing serious, but a little ventilation wouldn't be wrong. It's not nice when they charge you for Internet (that's not very clear in the web description).

Liked: good value, very clean and new, close to the train stations

Disliked: internet is not free. Stuff can be more friendly

Liked: central location in the city, bedrooms were presented well and the bathrooms were large and clean.

Disliked: more time could have been taken over the cleanliness of the room itself, i.e. hoovering under beds.

Liked: The location was great. The staff was really nice and helpful. The facilities were great. The breakfast was really good and you can have tea and coffee all day.

Liked: Clean and appropriate sleeping and bathroom facilities. Friendly and helpful staff and greatly accessible kitchen.

Disliked: When advertised as Wifi we were not under the impression that we were required to pay for it and it was not the easiest to use. All hostels visited previously were free Wifi.

Liked: Everything can't complain, value for money!

Disliked: Can't find anything to complain about, was expecting average facilities for a hostel costing £10 a night but got certainly more then I expected!

Liked: The hostel was in the good part of town, and the private twin room was awesome...private bathroom, shower and TV! Great value. Lots of space & rooms. Good breakfast too!

Liked: Very close to city centre and local restaurants. Everything is within 3 mins from hostel.

Liked: I just needed a place to crash for the night and Hatters was probably the cheapest place I could find at short notice. I booked a bed in a 12-bed dorm and was quite pleased to find clean linen and a clean washroom. The staff were friendly. There is no locker facility, but they were happy to keep an eye over my stuff while I was away.

Disliked: Not to do with the hostel in particular, just the guests I shared the dorm with. Two very drunk guests did not go to bed until half past three. Another guest seemed to have come straight from the movie Memento. It was quite scary to witness a man with short term memory loss questioning your identity every half hour and performing weird stunts.

Disliked: i hate doves outside the window in the very early morning like 4.30 am.... their voice is 10times volume than my morning call alarm... and doves are very hard working on singing between 4.30 and 10am.... totally have no idea on it.....
