Liked: location, close to trainstation

Disliked: not clean enough, guests smoked in the room. dead spider in the sink.

Liked: Everything is perfect. The staff is awesome, the rooms are clean and ensuite and there's something going on every night.

Disliked: Nothing!!!!

Liked: I found very clean room and toilet and nice atmosphere. The breakfast was simple, but satisfactory. There is a room where you can leave your luggage before the check in.

Disliked: I stayed at Hatters Liverpool just for one night. I don't have any problens.

Liked: Quite good. Just went there to sleep. We had toilet and shower in our room, which was great.

Disliked: Would have been great with free WiFi. On the front desk there was a sign saying "like us on FB" or CheckIn on FB, but when there is no free WiFi I don't wanna pay to like the hostel or checkin. Free WiFi should be standard, since it's pretty cheap for the owner and a great service for the guest.

Liked: Nice hostel, good located, friendly staff, perfect storage of luggage on day of arrival and departure and good showers.

Disliked: Only matrasses in dorm were bad and structure of the beds can be renewned (a lot of noise when you move, even little, in your bed).

Liked: Perfect for what we were after. Cheap and clean. And brilliant location.

Disliked: Having to made sure you kept your receipt safe in order to get back in if after hours. Bit of a worry.

Liked: this backpacker is very central, within a few minutes you are in the city centre. the house looks great from the outside and is very spacy in the inside. you have everything you need, a big self catering kitchen, internet access, room to sit and eat and chat plus staff is helpfull with any questions and the bus to and from the airport is just two streets away.

Disliked: nothing i really disliked its just a huge backpacker so its lacking the intimacy and atmosphere of a smaller, more private one, thats all.

Liked: Me and my friend were in a room in suite, for 4 people. The hostel was big clean and well furnished. The staff was helpful and available all day.

Disliked: There is no free internet neither with your own laptop.

Liked: everything was great. this hostel is one of the best i ever stay, and i did a lot of different hostel. amazing place . seriously, well done

Liked: The location is brilliant. The four bed dorm was nice with a big bathroom. Plus the breakfast in the morning was good. Never got to use it but there was a backyard which you looked very nice.

Disliked: The fact that you have to pay for wireless internet is not good. And the elevator is very slow and makes a lot of creaky noises.

Liked: Its very cheap and very close to all the local attractions

Disliked: I was woken up in the evening because they had booked 1 to many people in the room, the usual happened, someone was using the bed I was allocated so I went into another one which would have been fine if they didnt overbook, the person dealing with it woke me up and didnt tell me he was apart of the staff and I did not find him helpful at all, he then tryed to move 2 others who were sleeping by swapping them over, it took him along time to solve the issue and it left me and others quite frustrated.
