Liked: I love the location 6mins from Liverpool Lime St, very close to everything else. The reception was very warm and friendly. They were very nice and helpful too. Room had a nice comfy bed and a big bathroom, clean but I was expecting a bedside table and a lamp but T.V channels made up for it. Even though breakfast was included in the room but it was only cereal and bread. Apart from that hostel building was a bit old but they made it cheerful. I would recommend this place to all my friends!!!

Liked: Very helpful staff always smiling and very friendly.I have to mention that Claire was one of the most professional hostel and hotel employees I've ever met (Saturday morning, I was the guy with the T-Shirt of my firm, the TOW-Company).Will definately come back. See you soon.

Liked: Clearly where it is situated is crucial, and the fact that the hostel isn't overwhelming with things to do, it allows you to experience the city more. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Liked: If i have a chance to stay in Liverpool for another time, I will choose to stay here again. The room is very clean. I stayed in twin room whose bathroom was very very very new, clean and roomy. Also the staffs are friendly. Oh! love Hatters!!!

Liked: The hostel is extremely clean and close to the Liverpool Lime Street station. The directions they gave to the hostel are somewhat confusing. My room was cramped. I wish there were free Internet.
