The staff was as helpful as any staff at an expensive hotel, and probably more helpful. The location in terms of proximity to Albert Dock was particularly convenient.

There was much to like about this hostel. Great price, nice ensuite rooms, including towel warmers so you don't have to pack away wet towels. Great breakfast, including veggie sausage. Nice staff. It was quiet, which is what I prefer. Would definitely stay there again.
