Customer reviewThe owners are the friendliest staff I've ever met in a hostel. Thanks for everything, you really made all the defects that the hostel might have (such as that it's not quite well communicated with the city centre) disappear with your friendliness!! |

Customer reviewthe lady at the front desk was really very friendly and helpful. The hostel is very basic and not at a very good location, but for 4 GBP you are in the city centre with a taxi. |

Flavia SantosThe double room is very good, comfortable. But the bathrooms weren't clean, and as it must be normal in hostels, you wake up when peolple arrive later from parties making a lot of noise. The hostel doesn't have a good sign so it is hard to see it at night. The breakfast is OK. but it was great for value money, for a 1 night stay. The staff is very friendly. |

Customer reviewI thought the owners where very friendly and helpful and made the stay a pleasure. It is in a good area as it is not really far from the city centre, Anfield etc. If i go back to Liverpool i will definately choose the Inn Comfort again. Brilliant weekend. |

Alan YoungExcellent value for money. Pamela who runs the place is really friendly and helpful. The hostel is safe and secure, only 15-20 minutes walk from City centre. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay that's clean and comfortable, this is the place! Will definately stay here again next time we travel over for a match. Before we went over i wasn't too sure what the hostel would be like because there were some bad reviews of the place but i have to say that these reviews are not accurate and we were very happy with our stay here. One of the main reasons for this was Pamela who was very entertaining and always up for a laugh. |

Nicholas HoptonGreat value for money! Always felt safe and secure, only 15-20 minutes walk from City centre, cereal and toast included in price, can't go wrong! Also, Pamela, who runs the place, was really friendly and helpful (thanks for the directions to Mendips and Strawberry Fields!). Don't worry about comments criticising the area and the derelict buildings, although the area looks rough with many bricked-up houses, there was never a hint of any trouble that would normally be found around run down areas. We walked everywhere and never felt even a little bit threatened. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay that's clean and comfortable, this is the place! |

Customer reviewwe were very happy to arrive in this very clean, nice hostel with a very friendly atmosphere. there was no problem to park the car, because there is enough space and cameras watching for security - but if you want to park inside the car park you have to pay. in the hostel there is a sweet living room with kitchen, comfortable sofas and a tv where you can get any programm you want. Unfortunately the wifi was not working and the breakfast is very poor - even for a continental one. but there is a restaurant near where you can get cheap english breakfast. There are also lots of cheap supermarkets around - like iceland and lidl. the hostel is situated about a 20-minute-walk away from the city or to anfield road and everton park.. the most lovely at this hostel is pamela, the operator of the hostel. she is one of the most amazing and friendly person we met on our journey. she will help you with all kind of problems and is always available for your questions, a nice talk or a tea. dear pamela: thank you so much for our nice stay at your place and your hospitality. we`re looking forward to come back again. warmly regards and with flowers ;-) the german couple |

Enrico SauWe felt like we where at home, and the staff was very friendly and helpful!!! We were pleasantly surprised about the place. Especially the kitchen/living room was very nice and high standard. One thing that could be better, was the comfort of the beds. But all in all it was a very good hostel :) |

CAROLINE SOLUMSMOENvery warm welcome on arrival, directions from website not very clear, but once located the inn comfort is close enough to still stroll into liverpool centre, took about 15mins. rooms are clean and very secure, the living room kitchen is clean and welcoming and the fridge etc was stocked for you to help yourself to breakfast, milk coffee teas etc. I would definately stay there again if needed. |
