We offer affordable accommodation to people visiting the city, looking for affordable but excellent quality accommodation. Tea, coffee and continental breakfast is supplied every morning in your apartment kitchen.

There are 6 modern 6-roomed self-catering apartments available. All rooms come equipped with ONE double bed, wardrobe, desk, and bedside cabinet. The apartments can be let as self contained or room by room basis. All bedrooms are private and securely locked with individual keys.

The apartments are modern and up to date with wooden floored living areas, American style fridge/freezer, leather sofas, TV & DVD in lounge, free view, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Free wireless broadband is also available in all the apartments.

There will be a 24-hour presence on the premises. Secured parking at an additional £10 per night is available on request.

Clean bedding is provided and there is no curfew. Individuals, groups and backpackers are all warmly welcomed. The accommodation is on the outskirts of the city and in walking distance of the bustling bars and clubs. Also close by is the city's two Cathedrals, the Philharmonic Hall, the art galleries, museums and several theatre.
