Liked: The staff was so wonderful and accommodating. The atmosphere was nothing like a normal hostel, but like staying with family. The rooms were absolutely fantastic and had everything you could ever ask for--for free. Including: linens, travel information, towels and soap, coffee and tea (sugar, cream, mugs, cups, etc.), TV with cable, closet and drawer, and the list goes on. This was the best hostel overall I have stayed at yet. My only concern was the location--walking is treacherous. They are very helpful by including bus schedules and they are easily accessible from the hostel.

Liked: We were in Liverpool on buisiness and found it to be perfect for our needs. The staff were wonderful, the hostel itself was clean, secure (free wireless was greatly appreciated) well equiped kitchen and lounge and the room was clean and of a good size. The hostel itself is not really situated near anything but the bus is immediately around the corner (the bus service is excellent) and there are a few shops a short walk away. Overall it is a pleasent place that we would definately stay at again

Liked: Michelle was amazingly friendly and the hostel was cleaner, better equipped and much nicer than we expected, we normally stay in hotels and it was nicer than most of them!! Brilliant

Liked: great place, rooms were comfortable, clean and were great for the price that we paid. toilets and showers were communal but were well looked after and each room had its own set of keys so everything was safely locked in your room while you were out. the only problem is that it has no reception desk so getting in contact with staff was a bit troublesome but just make sure you bring the contact number you were given on booking and you'll be fine! staff are absolutely lovely!

Liked: I liked that I got my own room with a key for security. Even though it is a bit out of the way from town it is definately a great place to stay. I would definately rebook on my next trip. Michelle and David are truly great people with big hearts and very helpful when you need it.
