Excellent value short stay accommodation/digs for those who want more from a good standard budget accommodation! Every room is 'private' providing a good secure base for your stay in Liverpool without the hassle of noisy dorms.
Our Property has fully equipped kitchens x2, smartly furnished communal lounge/dining rooms x2 with tv/video/dvd. 3 x shower rooms & WC's. All of our guest bedrooms are provided with tea making facilities & complimentary tea & coffee on arrival & guest information pack. Bed linen & towels are also provided with a weekly change service. All of our bedrooms have TV/VCR, wash hand basins/vanity units, WI-FI broadband internet is provided FREE OF CHARGE, Full cable TV (lounge) inc all film and sports channels, with a selection of books and DVDs in the lounge areas.
We don’t impose any curfew so guests can come and go as they please - ideal if checking out the vast Liverpool nightlife!!
Property in very quiet, private & safe location also has benefit of full 24hr CCTV surveillance system & car parking. Large courtyard for some guest parking.
Excellently located for city centre, theatres, just 8 mins by bus to Empire, Everyman/Playhouse. The new Echo arena & conference centre is also 1.8 miles away and easy accessible via bus or walking. Please check our feedback for comments we have had from guests. Liverpool is our home and we will try to make you feel like its yours too.
