 Atmosphere, position and the plasma tv in the room. Great place to stay. More like an upperclass guesthouse than a hostel, but at hostel prices. Awsome!!!!!

the history that surrounded this property and how it was displayed . the fact that therewas no strict curfew and the secure dor entry system. also the fact that the code for entry was printed on key so you coldnt forget it. i also liked the general relaxed atomosphere and the warm welcome on arrival.

The bad parts outweighed the good. It's also a difficult question to answer since we did in fact live in two different buildings/parts of the hostel, the first being quite nice and the second being dreadful.

Patrick and his staff went out of their way to help. Other quests were friendlly too. An attractive house in a quiet, leafy street. Atmosphere was more like a family guesthouse than a hostel.

The staff were excellent they went out of their way to make our stay excellent.
The place was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable.
good facilities, beautiful outside sitting area and loved the swing.
my only complaint is it will be hard to go back to the reality of a normal hostel. ABsolutely loved our stay.

The assistance from the staff was over and above the call of duty and the atmosphere inside the old style building was very nice to stay in.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Quiet nights. Friendly staff and the owner was wery charming and helpful.:-) The place had a great atmosphere with beatles all over. It will make our stay in Liverpool unforgetable.

The staff were friendly, the lounge rooms were very nice, good little bar great breakfast good value. I do suggest that the dorm room be rearranged as it is very little space between beds.

Beautiful - more like a guest house than a hostel. Huge dorm, with ensuite. Luxury lounge area, bar area. Outdoor garden area - great atmosphere. (Not a party hostel - No internet facilities). Quite part of Liverpool - good place to get a decent night's sleep. More discerning type of guest. Handy to city buses.

Good place to spend the night, wake up and have a great brekky and go on a Beatles tour. Has a good atmosphere you don't get in other places. Only a short walk to the bus stop and would definetely recommend it.
