Very helpfull staff! I lost my wallet at the hostel and the staff later on called me to make sure we could arrange a meeting for me to get my lost wallet back, very appreciated!

Comfortable, no smoking, 'family-run' Guest House, just three miles from the city of Liverpool!

Our Guest House is just three miles from the vibrant Capitol of Culture centre of Liverpool and two miles from the famous football grounds of Anfield (Liverpool FC) and Goodison (Everton FC) also only 3 miles from our new Arena and Conference Centre.
Please note we are not in the City Centre.

We are easily accessible from the motorways of the M62 and M58 and the M53 via the Mersey Tunnel.

In the city there are numerous restaurants, cafes, wine bars, night clubs, theatres, cinemas, museums and shops. In the local area there are many take-away outlets from which you can obtain a variety of cultural food from pizzas, Chinese, Kentucky fried chicken to Indian curries, and of course the very British fish and chips!

The rooms are available to be booked by booking the whole room, extra adults will be charged the single rate of £22 each and extra children will be charged £11

The two bathrooms are shared.

Breakfast:
Continental breakfast is included in the basic cost of the room. For a hot cooked breakfast we charge £3 extra.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the building by law.

Check in is available after 16.00. Please note that reception closes at 10pm unless by prior arrangement.

Cancellation Policy:
On receipt of your booking, Ellan Vannin Guest House will charge your credit/debit card for the full cost of your stay. Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the owner. There are no refunds for no shows or early checkouts.

Accommodation Information

Our Guesthouse has a total of three bedrooms all of which share two bathrooms. We have a double bedded room (one bed, not twin beds) a triple bedded room (three singles) and a family room with a king sized bed, a double bed with a single bunk bed over the top and a bed settee which pulls out into another double. Each room is equipped with Free view TV, a fridge, a microwave and kettle. Wi-fi is available. An iron and ironing board and hairdryer are available on request.

Location Information

We are in a district of Liverpool, called Tuebrook, just three miles from the City Centre. In the local area there are many shops, restaurants, takeaways, which we allow you to bring in. Most of the main attractions are in the City; however, we are near the historic Croxteth Hall and also near Knowsley Safari Park.
