Everything to be honest, the owner was very very helpful & friendly, place was very clean, loads of appliances. was only £10 by cab from city center. 5 Min walk to shops, restaurant/take away, chippie, local pub & metro.

It has everything you may need when you are on the road, and I mean EVERYTHING. The guy that runs the place is extremely friendly and helpful, and would definitely stay there again if needed. Would also recommend it to anyone.

The owner was very thorough, pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean & fresh, it had everything I needed, and more. What I liked the most was the huge abundance of all kinds of travel info & contacts in the room. Very, very helpful indeed if you're not too sure about how to get about easily. Highly recommended & will stay there again if I end up going that way in the future.

Independency (the owner may not be there when you arrive but he will leave you lots of nice surprises), nice facilities, easy access from Hunts Cross railway station, near airport (1o minutes by buss), very nice overall.

A bit to far from center, but conection is quite good. It takes about 20 minutes by train. It is not to expencive, it is very clean and safe place.

It is really close to the airport, so it's a perfect place to stay if you're travelling. It's also close to Hunt's Cross railway station, so you can take a train to the city right away which it'll cost you £2.5 instead of £40 for a taxi. The room is also clean and offers all the facilities you'd need: tea pot, sink, shower. I was surprised to discover we even had a dish and clothes washer. Another good thing was that you did not need to check in and wait for the owner to be there when you left. It gives you flexibility. All in all, it's a perfect place to spend the night for two people who are travelling or just want to see Liverpool.

I didn't even see the staff. I was given the key-code of the for for my apartment and everything was perfectly ready. I could come and go whenever I wanted.

The owner was very helpful and friendly, plus the hostel itself has a very family friendly environment. The only diffuculty for tourists, is that this hostel is a long way from the city!

The owner is very friendly! Beds are lovely. The location is great with regards to the public transport. to and from the airport and to an from the city centre.

Friendlines of owner, facilities very good, good location for Liverpool city. Cannot comment on security/ other guests as was late arriving early leaving.
