Cliff Lawn is a small family-run Hotel providing superior accommodation in Leeds combined with a friendly personalized service.

Originally the Victorian home of a local mill owner it has been tastefully modernized over the years and now provides quality guest accommodation. Our 24 bedrooms comprise Family, Premier Double, and Double, Twin and Single rooms, 17 with en-suite facilities.

Although less than 1 ½ miles from the City Centre we enjoy very quiet surroundings, being set completely in our own grounds.

As well as our proximity to the Leeds Central Business District and University we make an ideal base for visits to York, Harrogate, the Yorkshire Dales, Moors and Bronte country. If arriving by car we have a private off road security lit car park with Closed Circuit TV.

Accommodation Information

At Cliff Lawn we have bedrooms for Single, Twin/Double or Family (3 person) occupancy. All Family rooms have En-Suite facilities whilst our Single, Twin/Double rooms are available either with En-Suite facilities or as Standard rooms (hand basin only). All rooms are attractively decorated, well furnished, centrally heated and have television and tea and coffee facilities.
