The Adriatic Hotel is privately owned and offers a perfect balance of comfort, availability and affordability to serve all your travel needs. Situated a couple of minutes out of the city centre our location is ideal. We can also boast a large free car park.

Groups of up to 25 can easily be accommodated, the buzzing city center is a fantastic place for stag and hen parties and Leeds United's Elland Road Stadium is a 13 minute drive away.

We are situated a stone's throw away from Chapel Allerton, a lively suburb of Leeds with fantastic wine bars, restaurants and cafes. The location of The Adriatic is ideal for the tourist or business traveler.

Location Information

We are situated just off the A58 Roundhay Road. We are the closest hotel to St James's Hospital and the Bupa Private Hospital. A 5 minutes drive gets you to the city center and closer still is the buzzing area of Chapel Allerton.
