Hopgarden House is a spacious contemporary house situated in a superb rural location and is ideal for a peaceful break or family activity holiday. Companies - If your staff are working in Tunbridge Wells we are 6 miles south just off the A21 a 10 min. drive. Rates are negotiable for Companies.

We offer our guests all the luxury and comforts of our home to make their stay, short or long extra special. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles and 1 single. accommodating up to 6-7 guests, 2 en-suite bathrooms, family bathroom, large fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room. There is a very comfortable first floor lounge overlooking fields, a further lounge with dining area on the ground floor with double doors leading out to the patio garden with BBQ. All linen and towels are provided.

The village has a grocery store, bakery, butchers and hairdresser. There are several country pubs, the Swan a bistro pub, La Dolci Vita with fine Italian food and Lamberhurst Vineyard with bistro restaurant.

There are many interesting places to visit. Bewl Water, Lamberhurst Vineyard, and Scotney Castle are only 10 minutes away. Close to castles, stately homes and gardens, fishing lakes, water sports, cycling and walking routes and many other attractions.

We are located 6 miles from the elegant Georgian Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells with its impressive shopping facilities, Chartwell, the home of Winston Churchill is a 30 minute drive. If you have a car Sissinhurst castle, Hever Castle, Squerryes Court, Ightham Mote, Knole, Emmetts Gardens and The Hop Farm is a 35 minute drive,

Only 25 minutes from the historic towns of Battle, Hastings and 1066 country. Close to all major routes to London and cross channel routes to Europe.
