New Ing Lodge is situated just off the A6 at the north end of Shap Village (opposite the supermarket). Shap is between Kendal and Penrith at the north east of the Lake District National Park. It is 2 miles off Junction 39 of the A6. By public transport it can be reached by bus from Penrith where there is a mainline station on the west coast London to Glasgow line. Details of this, or of station pick-ups (which we can organise) are available from us.
