Disliked: The location, it is quite hard to find in the dark.

Liked: Fantastic location, excellent service, very friendly staff, clean & tidy and it has all kind of facilities.

Disliked: The beds are very old and make sound too much if u even slightly move. We were scared the whole night that it might break anytime. It was scary. Those need to be changed immediately.

Liked: Located in quiet, nice area, on the hill. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Disliked: No Internet connection, only one terminal available, poor (if any) mobile reception. Lacking atmosphere and character.

Liked: The location is on the top of a small hill, although it takes 10 minutes walk to main street, the view is wonderful and it is so quite!

Disliked: The heating facility was stopped at night. In mid April, it was still quite cold at night. Bit of surprised!

Liked: The staff when I checked-in was really helpful. He told us the best site to sightsee the sunset and provided us with the map. Thanks a lot!

Disliked: The shower room cannot be used on my first night there. But was satisfied to find out it can be used on the next morning

Liked: It's a really nice hostel with lovely views. very clean and showers were great.

Disliked: The location is average. If you don't have a car don't stay there as we had to take a taxi to and from places everytime which was annoying. There are lovely views but its too far out. The fact there is no free wifi was also annoying, 98% of hostels have free wifi.

Liked: Superb terrace views from its hillside setting. Quite and secluded but only a 10min walk from a regular bus route travelling to the major towns on Lake Windermere. Clean, tidy and newly refurbished. Free bike shed.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
