independent, free regime, possibility to leave our luggage in the lounge on the last day when we checked out in the morning, not crowded, quiet place, good connection point for Stagecoach buses and other transport providers around Windermere, very close to the train station and shops good value for money...

The location is great, really easy to find and makes southern lakes very accessible. Only 2 bathrooms, which makes for much waiting in the morning
