The beds are really big, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the facilities are great, the location is quite good and the price is ok.

I love those little services apart from internet, like shoe polish for free, possiblity to borrow adapters or an iron. And the design of the dorms feels more like home, I love the colours! And the staff is really friendly.

Caroline (owner) was very kind and enthusiastic about introducing Exeter to its visitors. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
